Our working office hours are Monday - Friday; excluding holidays and weekends; 9am - 5pm Mountain time. If you need to contact, please give our customer service 24 hours to respond. We will get back to you, usually shorter than 24 hours.
WE DONT BELIEVE IN BULLSHIT, we dont give you the runaround on your order. If you have a problem, shoot us an email and we will get you taken care of as swiftly as possible.
Returns / Refund:
Within 30 Days of purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we offer a refund (minus any shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return; your item must be returned in new condition. It must also be returned with the original packaging.
You must return the product to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving to be eligible. To put it simply, you have 30 days to return an unused item, starting the day it was delivered to your door.
To initiate a return / refund, email cs@starandbar.com . Please include your Name, Order Number, and the email the order was placed under.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Idaho, USA.
We use USPS/UPS/FedEx as our shipping carrier.
We do our best to process all orders the next business day of receiving your order. Our warehouse is operating 5 business days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.
Wrong Address / Invalid Address:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of eligible packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
A refused package that comes back to us does not result in a refund without any prior communication via email. Please contact us with any address concerns you may have via email at cs@starandbar.com .
